One number, every day, from 6 AM to 10 PM Eastern.

(855) 633-5065

The fastest way to book is the phone. Average answer time is 22 seconds. The rep will quote you in under a minute and dispatch the bin same-day if you call before noon.

What to have ready when you call

  • Your delivery ZIP code
  • Roughly what you're throwing out (construction debris, household, roofing, concrete, mixed)
  • Where the bin will sit (driveway, side yard, street)
  • When you need it (today, tomorrow, this weekend, recurring)
  • Whether you need a porta potty too
  • If it is hurricane or storm-related, mention it so the rep can route surge capacity

That's it. The rep handles the rest, including permit pulling if the bin needs to sit on a city street.

Hours

7 days a week, 6 AM to 10 PM Eastern. Same-day delivery cutoff is generally noon. After noon, next-morning delivery is standard for most ZIPs.

Service area

Orlando metro (Orange, Seminole, Osceola counties). Tampa Bay (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco). Jacksonville metro (Duval, St Johns, Clay, Nassau). Southwest Florida (Lee, Collier, Charlotte). South Florida outside Miami-Dade (Broward, Palm Beach). Florida Panhandle (Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Bay). North Central Florida (Gainesville, Ocala) and Space Coast (Brevard) are case-by-case from a Tampa or Orlando staging yard — call and ask.

If your ZIP isn't on a list anywhere on this site, call anyway. Coverage gaps are rare in Florida and the rep will tell you on the call if your address falls outside the route map.

Email and forms

We don't have one. The phone is the channel because it's faster for both sides — you describe the job in 60 seconds, the rep prices it in 60 seconds, the bin gets dispatched. Email tag costs you a day. Web forms get answered hours later by someone who has to call you anyway to clarify the address.

If you absolutely cannot call (deaf or hard of hearing, on a job site without service, calling from outside the US), use the relay service of your choice with the same phone number. The reps are familiar with TTY and IP relay calls.

After-hours

Calls outside operating hours roll to voicemail. Leave the address, the size you're thinking, and your callback number. We return after-hours messages first thing the next morning, usually by 6:15 AM Eastern.

Hurricane and storm surge

During declared emergencies — hurricanes, tropical storms, post-storm flooding — call volume spikes and dispatch slows. We add reps and surge truck capacity, but if you can call early in the morning of the surge day you'll get a faster slot than the afternoon callers. Properties with active FEMA contracts or insurance claim work should mention this on the call so the rep routes the right operator.
